Proofs of all ordered stationery will be sent to you for approval. Please
check carefully, sign and return to us - we do not accept responsibility
for mistakes once proofs have been signed.
Cancellations are not acceptable after we have received your signed proofs.
Prices are subject to change without notice but an increase will not affect
confirmed orders.
While we make every effort to ensure that your stationery is consistent
with your proofs, our stationery is made by hand and elements may vary
slightly, please be aware of this.
We reserve the right to make changes to designs and components at any
time without prior notice.
All designs remain the property of Hearts Desire and may not be reproduced
in any form without our agreement.
Liability
We exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, and
save in respect of death or personal injury arising from our negligence,
all liability of any claims, losses, demands or damages arising directly
or indirectly out of, or in any way connected with, your use of, or
inability to access, the Hearts Desire website and its associated
services.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the Hearts Desire website is fully
operational and error-free, we cannot guarantee this and therefore accept
no responsibility for any defects and/or interruptions of the Hearts Desire
website and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and
Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which
renders the provision of the Hearts Desire website and associated services
impossible or impractical.
Hearts Desire and the hosts of this website accept no responsibility
for, and exclude all liability in connection with, browsing this site,
downloading any material from it and all the matters listed above. Hearts
Desire make no (and expressly disclaim all) representations or warranties
of any kind, express of implied, with respect to this website, including,
but not limited to, any liability for errors, inaccuracies, omissions
and warranties or merchantability.

You do not need to supply any personal details to browse this website.
If you choose to fill in and submit an enquiry via our online form,
please be assured that we always act in accordance with the UK Data
Protection Act. That means we will never pass on your details to any
third party and will keep your data secure at all times. We will not
use your data to contact you again once your enquiry or custom is
concluded, without your express permission. You can apply to see the
